To return merchandise you need to Email us at [email protected]
Read Return policy before emailing us.
Once your return is approved you can ship it back to us, you will need to write on the returning package your order number or invoice number for expedited processing or it will delay your refund.
Please include following in your email;
- Order Number or Invoice number
- Reason for return
- Total number of items you are returning

Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with our product, we will be happy to take it back under following terms and conditions:
- Returns are accepted 14 days from day of delivery. Any issues with products please report within 48 hours of receiving.
- Towels returned in original packing unused will not be charged re-stocking fee
- Towels returned without original packing will incur 10% re-stocking fee
- Product has to be in unused condition.
- Product has to be packed in poly bags as it was sent by us, any loose towels returned in the box will not be accepted
- Customer will be responsible for sending back the product including shipping charges.
- Credit will only be issued if above mentioned terms and conditions are fulfilled.
- Original shipping charge when you placed the order is non-refundable
*Note: If you are interested in placing an order, we recommend to request a sample to be sent to you for review. You just have to pay the shipping and we will dispatch the free sample to you.
