All returns must be pre-approved. Once approved, you will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Once your return is approved you will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please write your RMA number and your original order or invoice number on the outside of the returning package. Packages arriving without an authorized RMA number will experience significant processing delays.

- Order Number or Invoice number
- Reason for return
- Total number of items you are returning

Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with our product, we will be happy to take it back under following terms and conditions:
- Returns are accepted 14 days from day of delivery. Any issues with products, including incorrect sizes, wrong colors, missing bundles, or manufacturing defects, must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Failure to report a discrepancy within this 48-hour window constitutes a final acceptance of the merchandise as received, and no claims for incorrect items or shortages will be honored after this period.
- Towels returned in original packing unused will not be charged re-stocking fee
- Towels returned without original packing will incur 10% re-stocking fee
- Product has to be in unused condition.
- Product has to be packed in poly bags as it was sent by us, any loose towels returned in the box will not be accepted
- Customer will be responsible for sending back the product including shipping charges with valid tracking numbers.
- Credit will only be issued if above mentioned terms and conditions are fulfilled.
- Original shipping charge when you placed the order is non-refundable
- Freight Forwarding & Export Policy: If an order is shipped to a domestic freight forwarder, cargo handler, or shipping hub within the United States, our delivery obligation is fully completed upon successful delivery confirmation by the carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS) to that U.S. address. Towel Supercenter is not liable for any damages, missing items, size variances, or quality issues reported after the freight forwarder has accepted and signed for the package, or after the goods have been exported outside the United States. We do not under any circumstances cover international shipping, customs clearance, or return freight costs for exported goods.
- Dispute Resolution & Chargebacks: By purchasing from our website, you agree to contact our customer support team to resolve any order issues before filing a formal dispute or chargeback with your financial institution. If a chargeback or dispute is opened, all physical returns, manual refunds, and communication will be immediately frozen, and the matter will be handled strictly through the bank’s formal legal resolution network.
